Precautions for inking the plate of the cup printing machine

In the current paper cup market, merchants like to use cup printing machines to print their own LOGOs and some exquisite patterns on plastic cups, one is to increase their popularity, and the other is for aesthetic needs.

What is inking the plate? When the new plate is washed, the inking roller is dropped on the premise that the plate is wet. At this time, the cup printing machine is started at a slow speed, and the process of gradually receiving ink on the surface of the printing plate is called inking the plate. During the entire inking process of the cup printing machine, the following points should be noted:

1. The wetness of the printing plate surface should be moderate and even, and there should be no missing parts;

2. The inking roller should fall on the empty part of the printing plate cylinder or on the trailing part of the printing plate;

3. When the machine is running slowly, it must not be turned and stopped from time to time;

4. If the plate surface is found to be dirty during slow rotation, the water roller can be dropped immediately and the machine can be turned faster. If the dirt still does not disappear, the machine should be stopped and wiped;

5. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the printing plate with a water cloth when the cup printing machine is running to avoid accidents.
