1. After the preparation work is completed, when starting the motor, you must shout "start the Paper Cup Machine". If there is no response, you can start the motor. (This is to prevent the operator from not seeing the mechanic repairing the machine opposite or behind the machine and causing unnecessary safety accidents).

2. Carefully observe the operation of the machine, take a cup to check the bonding effect of the paper cup, preheat, main heat, and whether the knurling is yellow or damaged.

3. Check the bonding effect of the bonding part, whether there is any indirect bad situation, and the bonding strength of the cup bottom and the bonding is suitable for tearing and pulling. If there is no indirect pulling, it is a suspected leaking cup, which shall be determined by water testing.

4. During normal operation, if you find or feel that there is something abnormal in the machine, you must first lift the cup body, and wait until the last cup passes the knurling before stopping for inspection.

5. When the machine is restarted after an unexpected long stop, take out the fourth and fifth large plates and check whether the knurled part is bonded.

6. During normal production, the operator of the paper cup machine should pay attention to the forming conditions of the cup mouth, cup body and cup bottom at any time, and check the bonding and size appearance of the cup from time to time or check each cup one by one.

7. Employees should concentrate on the operation. If they find abnormal sounds or poor forming of the cup bottom, they should stop the machine immediately for inspection to prevent greater losses.

8. Operators should be responsible in the production process and test the cups they produce with boiling water once an hour, 8 cups each time.

9. Before sealing the carton, the operator should check the number of small packages. After the inspection is correct, cut the product certificate or product pattern and paste it in the upper right corner of the left side of the carton, and fill in the work number and production date in the box, and finally seal the box and stack it neatly in the designated location.
