The high-speed intelligent paper cup forming machine incorporates oiling lubrication to minimize machine part wear. It features four heating stations: the first pre-heats the paper during the feeding process, the second pre-heats the cup bottom upon cup body bonding, the third heats the bottom paper, and the fourth ensures complete bonding of the cup bottom. Ultrasonic waves then heat the cup wall for stable adhesion, while the cup bottom undergoes two rounds of heating for enhanced strength and aesthetics. PLC control and photoelectric fault monitoring, along with servo feeding, ensure rapid, stable operation and automatic fault shutdown, reducing labor and improving efficiency and safety. This streamlined process, encompassing paper feeding, bonding, bottom feeding, heating, and more, makes it the optimal choice for paper cup forming.
