1.The Open Cam Paper Cup Machine is equipped with an automatic oil lubrication system that includes an oil motor, filter, and copper pipe. This system ensures smooth and efficient operation of all gear-moving parts, even at high speeds, and greatly improves the lifespan of spare parts.

The Open Cam Paper Cup Machine is a product independently developed by Yongbo Machinery, designed to produce paper cups of various sizes through a series of continuous processes. The machine features more than two automatic paper feeding mechanisms, as well as a paper anti-return device to ensure accurate positioning during production. The cups are created using ultrasonic welding and the paper fan is conveyed using a magic hand, lubricated with silicone oil, punched at the bottom, folded, preheated, knurled at the bottom, and finally dispensed out of the machine.

Through comprehensive technical improvements, the machine has achieved greater stability, ensuring high-quality production output.

The disposable paper cup machine is equipped with a steel plate that presses the bottom paper, ensuring stable and smooth paper feeding during production.

4.The ex-factory price of the Yb-9 paper cup machine, including installation of a cup collector, is 69,500 RMB, excluding tax and freight. The machine will be packed with a wooden base plate, damp-proof plastic lining, and a fully-closed plate-box external. The delivery time is estimated to be 40 days after receipt of the deposit.

Payment for the machine requires a 30% deposit paid by T/T in advance, with delivery against payment of the 70% balance after qualified acceptance. Before leaving the factory, the equipment will be tested by both parties, with test materials provided by the buyer.

Installation of the machine will be done by one technician sent by the supplier, according to the customer's requirements. The technician's board, lodging, and round-trip airplane ticket expenses will be undertaken by the buyer, with an additional service charge of USD80 per technician per day. 5.The estimated installation time is 5-7 working days.

6.The guarantee period for the machine is 12 months after receipt. The supplier will provide services such as adjustment of installation and commissioning and direct buyer's technical personnel operating the machine.

7.The buyer is responsible for providing the necessary facilities and preparations, including a foundation, adapter power supply, water and compressed air pipes, and related projects, upon delivery of the machine.
